How can I reserve a meal?
How to Purchase a Meal for Your Flight:
- During Booking: Look for the "Meal Add-ons" option if the airline offers this service.
- Select Meal: In the add-ons section, choose "Meal Selection."
- Assign to Passenger: Pick the passenger(s) you want to add a meal for.
- Choose Meal: Select your preferred meal from the available menu. Note that you can order a meal for each passenger in your booking.
- Review Cost: The price for the selected meal will be displayed.
- Submit: Tap "Submit" to add the meal cost to your total booking price.
- Continue to Payment: Proceed to payment and complete the transaction.
Important Information:
- Meals cannot be selected for infant passengers.
- Only meals from the available menu can be chosen.
- If no meal is selected during booking, you can manage your booking on the airline's website at least 24 hours before departure to add meals.
Adding Add-Ons Post Booking:
- Access Help Center: Visit our Help Center form.
- Request Form: Choose "Mail Us Your Request."
- Special Request: Select "Special Request" and then "Add Meal."
- Complete Form: Fill out the form with the necessary details.
- Submit: Tap "Submit" and wait for our support team to contact you within 24 hours.
Purchasing a Meal Onboard:
- You can buy a meal during your flight, but availability is limited. To ensure you get your preferred meal, we recommend pre-ordering during the booking process.
Meal Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not available for meal purchases. If you cancel or reschedule your flight, your meal will not be transferred to the new flight, and no refund will be issued.
