I need to add my wheelchair and another special request, how can I arrange this?

You can request wheelchair assistance during the booking process if the airline offers this service. It's recommended to pre-book wheelchairs to avoid last-minute delays and potential unavailability.

    Steps to Request Wheelchair Assistance:

  1. During Booking: Select "Special Assistance" in the add-ons section.
  2. Passenger Selection: Choose the passenger needing assistance.
  3. Request Selection: Select your preferred assistance option from the menu.
  4. Review Cost: The price for the selected assistance will be displayed.
  5. Submit: Tap "Submit" to add the request to your total booking price.
  6. Continue to Payment: Proceed to payment and complete the transaction.
  7. Confirmation: Once payment is verified, details of your request will be available on your e-ticket and invoice.

 

Requesting Wheelchair After Booking:

  1. Access Help Center: Go to the Help Center form on our website.
  2. Send Request: Click on "Mail Us Your Request."
  3. Special Request: Select "Special Request" and then choose "Add Wheelchair."
  4. Provide Details: Fill out the required information in the form.
  5. Submit Form: Tap "Submit" and wait for our support team to reach out to you.
