You can ski right to the front door. Fresh bread rolls can be provided every morning on request. The nearest restaurant is 1 km away and the next supermarket is 2 km away from this traditional farm. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the ski bus, which takes you to the Kitzbühel Alps and Wilder Kaiser-Brixental Ski Areas. The centre of Kirchberg is 5 km away, and Kitzbühel is 9 km away. Hiking and mountain biking tracks start right from the house. There is a public outdoor pool in Kirchberg.
