This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Villa rooms in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00–00:00 and EUR 40 for arrivals from 00:00–2:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. -Any incident that is caused by the guest and requires support, outside of in-person work hours from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person providing assistance. -Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed for resting, taking into account that some rooms are interior or do not have a window. Please review all the photographs of the accommodation along with the description, since the system will randomly assign you the corresponding room according to the availability of the desired dates, and if in the end you are not interested, contact Booking -Smoking or having parties will be a reason for Immediate expulsion and a fine of €99 - Loss of the key has a penalty of €49. -If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside, it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest. -Any damage or breakage made by guests will be paid for by them.
