Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 10 EUR per bed linen Towels: 5 EUR per person, per towel set. Both prices are per stay per and any additional changes. From November to March, a maximum of 4 guests is recommended for comfort reasons (availability of hot water and heaters available).
