All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please contact the property at least 4 days in advance to give your estimated time of arrival and to arrange key collection and check-in inventory. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If guests are more than 1 hour late for the scheduled appointment, a EUR 30 fee will be charged. If you plan on arriving between 20:00 and 21:00, please note that a EUR 50 fee applies. If you plan on arriving between 21:00 and 22:30, please note that a EUR 120 fee applies. If you plan on arriving on a Sunday, please note that a 30 EUR extra fee applies. Check-in after 22:30 is not possible.
