Guests under 18 years are requested to have a notarised power of attorney from one of the parents allowing them the stay at the property. Please note that the property may request an authorisation letter and a photo of both sides of the credit card used for booking within 24 hours of the reservation. The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the documents are not provided. Please note that when booking 5 rooms and more, different policies apply. Please note that support with migration registration for foreigners and persons without citizenship can be provided at a surcharge of 250 RUB per person.
