History

Super Air Jet which operates with IATA (IU) and ICAO (SJV) runs under the management of PT Super Air Jet. In 2021, this airline was founded. Throughout its journey, Super Air Jet always gives the best services for their passengers to become one of the promising airlines in the future. This airline began its operation on 08-06-2021. The first ever flight route was Jakarta (CGK) - Medan (KNO) & Jakarta (CGK) - Batam (BTH) using Airbus A320-200s

Super Air Jet cabin crew wears a uniform in white and beige. For male flight attendants, they wear beige shirt / white shirt with beige tie with beige pants. For female flight attendants, they wear beige shirt & white top with beige pants. The airline gives the passenger with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum dimension of 30 cm x 20 cm x 40 cm (L x W x H). The domestic route fare includes checked baggage allowance of 15 kg. Passengers can start checking in at the airport 180 minutes prior to the departure time. Online check in is allowed for flights with the airline on Super Air Jet official website. It can be done 12 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
