Peach Aviation (MM) is a low cost carrier airline operating domestic & international routes. The cabin baggage allowance given by this airline is 7 kg and max size of 40 cm x 50 cm x 25 cm (L x W x H). Free checked baggage allowance is not included in the ticket. Passenger can check in at the airport 120 minutes before the departure time. Online check in is not available.

Peach is a low-cost airline based in Japan. Its head office is on the fifth floor of Kensetsu-to. Peach is an airline that began services in March 2012 with a completely new concept.     Peach Air's flight attendants wear fuchsia pink uniform, the airline's company main color. The newest model of the uniform allows the flight attendants to work more efficiently. It also shows the charm and imaginative nature of the company, and their genuine willingness to serve the passengers.

    As for the fleet, Peach Air uses Airbus A320-200 on all the flights and routes it serves. All of the airplanes are fitted with three-seats per row, and can accommodate up to 180 passengers. To cut on costs the seats are a little tight, although still comfortable. On the 18th of July 2018, Peach Air announced that it is ordering a set of new airplanes - the A321LR, which will be used to support their route expansion to new destinations all over Asia. The first of the airplanes are planned to have arrived in 2020. This airline will then be the first LCC in Asia to use this model.

    Cabin Baggage

    Starting from October 28, 2018, the permitted maximum weight of carry-on baggage shall be no more than 7.0 kg. There are no changes to the size or number of baggage items that can be carried on-board. Notice of Carry-on Baggage Baggage that a Passenger may carry into the cabin shall be, 1 Personal belongings + 1 Baggage, Total 2 pieces. *Total weight of such articles shall not exceed 10 kilograms. Passengers who bring over 2 pieces (include personal belongings and baggage), must check-in the additional items. A Checked baggage fee applies. Please note that passengers who do not comply with this rule may not be able to travel with Peach. Failure to comply with carry-on baggage rules can affect flight schedule of Peach, therefore to ensure for flight safety and on-time operation, Peach would like to have your understanding and cooperation.     Simple Peach fare (Peach's basic fare) does not include any checked baggage allowance. Passengers traveling on the Simple Peach fare will be charged for any checked baggage presented at the airport. If you must check baggage, we recommend that you choose Value Peach fare which includes one piece of baggage or Prime Peach fare which includes two pieces of baggage. Checked baggage can be requested in advance via the Internet at reduced rates. Request can also be made at te Contact Center and at the airport on the day of travel at higher fees. Note: Cash is not accepted for payment at airport counters. Only credit cards are accepted. How to Check Baggage Items of baggage which will not be carried on board should be checked in at the Peach baggage counter. You can pre-book baggage online or via call center of Peach. At the airport, you will receive your boarding pass from the automatic check-in kiosk.     Airport Check-in

    Airport check in can be done in the Peach Aviation check-in counters 120 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

    Kiosk Check-in

    Please complete check-in with Peach kiosks between 90 minutes and 30 minutesbefore the scheduled departure. (For the first departing flights from Kansai International Airport, check-in is open at 5:30 am until 25 minutes prior to the departure. Hold the barcode on your itinerary under the scanner on the kiosk. If you do not have the barcode, please enter the booking number. A boarding pass will print for each passenger (including infants). Please take it with you. *if you need special assistance, please call Peach's contact center in advance and come to Peach's counter check-in at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure. Caution :If check-in is not completed by 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, you will not be able to board the flight and you may lose your fare in full. *Kansai International Airport and Okinawa (Naha) Airport check-in kiosks are opened until 25 minutes before the scheduled departure.
