1958 Mar. ANA merges with Far Eastern Airlines.
1960 Aug. Viscount 744 is introduced.
1961 Jun. Friendship F-27 and Viscount 828 is introduced.
1961 Oct. ANA is listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Second Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange.
1963 Nov. ANA merges with Fujita Koku K.K.
1964 May. Boeing 727 is introduced.
1964 Jul. Computerized seat reservations started.
1965 Sep. Olympia YS-11 is introduced.
1968 Jul. Ground hostesses, who take care of passengers from check-in to boarding, are introduced at Tokyo and Osaka airports.
1969 Jun. Boeing 737-200 is introduced.
1969 Oct. Boeing 727-200 is introduced.
1971 Feb. Non-scheduled international service is begun (Tokyo-Hong Kong).
1972 Aug. The listing of ANA's shares is moved from the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Osaka Securities Exchange to the First Section of both exchanges.
1973 Apr. Reservation sales started of ANA Sky Holiday domestic travel brand.
1973 Jul. The first ANA Sapporo Open Tournament is held (currently the ANA Open Golf Tournament).
1974 Mar. Lockheed L-1011 Tristar is introduced.
1974 Mar. Nippon Kinkyori Airways (later Air Nippon Co., Ltd.) is established.

2003 Nov. Bombardier DHC-8-400 is introduced.
2004 Apr. The ANA Group (air transportation business) is integrated under a single brand (all flight numbers use "ANA").
2004 Aug. Air Next (currently ANA WINGS CO., LTD.) is established.
2004 Nov. Boeing 777-300ER is introduced.
2004 Nov. Nakanihon Airlines Co., Ltd. becomes a subsidiary.
2005 Feb. ANA begins serving Chubu Centrair International Airport.

2007 Jun. All real estate held by ANA for ANA hotels is sold.
2008 Jun. Boeing 737-800 is introduced.
2008 Nov. ANA is designated an Eco-First company by the Ministry of the Environment.
2009 Oct. The Okinawa Cargo Hub & Network begins operations with late-night flights for speedy connections between Japan and Asia through ANA's base in Okinawa.
2010 Apr. The new Inspiration of Japan brand is introduced.
2010 Oct. A three-company merger is undertaken of Air Nippon Network (surviving company; corporate name changed to ANA WINGS CO., LTD.), Air Next and Air Central.
2010 Oct. Scheduled international flight service begins at Haneda Airport.
2011 Nov. Boeing 787 is introduced.
2012 Apr. Air Nippon Co. Ltd. is absorbed by ANA.
