This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of ZAR 8000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note a refundable breakage deposit is applicable, kindly contact the property for further details regarding the breakage deposit. Unfortunately, Beachscape is unable to accommodate bookings for student parties or school leavers ('Matric Rage'). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience. Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise.
