Introduction

SmartWings (QS) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic & international routes. The airline gives the passengers with a cabin baggage allowance of 8 kg and maximum size of 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm (L x W x H). The fare does not include checked baggage allowance. Check in time at the airport starts from 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Online check in is not available.

How to Book

1. Go to Airpaz site, or access the Airpaz application (Android/iOS) on your handphone. 2. Fill in the details in the flight search box. 3. Choose the best flight. 4. Fill in the passenger information and contact details on the booking page. 5. Process payment through the selected method. 6. Receive your SmartWings flight e-itinerary in the My Booking page, or in your registered email.

History

SmartWings operating with IATA code (QS) and ICAO code (TVS) was first founded in 1997. The airline runs under the management of Smartwings, a.s.. Across the years, SmartWings aimed to serve their customers through the services it offers. The milestone that has been accomplished by the airline is in 2007, the company carried 2.2 million passengers,in 2014, it carried 4.3 million passengers,in December 2018, Travel Service was renamed to Smartwings, the name of its former low-cost subsidiary.

Flight Attendant

Airport Check-in

Check-in counters for SmartWings opens 180 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.
