PAL Express passengers can bring carry-on luggage on board with a free cabin baggage allowance of up to 7 kg. Cabin bags must fit within 56 x 36 x 23 cm, while a smaller personal item, such as a laptop bag, handbag, or small backpack, must be no larger than 45 x 35 x 20 cm and fit under the seat in front of you.
